Starting Leaders UNITE at your school or student group for the 2018-2019 school year!

We are currently working on planning our events for the upcoming school year at Duke University. We are excited to share many new activities with all of you once the school year starts! If you are interested in starting a branch of Leaders UNITE at your school or with your student group, please let us know! We would love to add more groups to our Leaders UNITE network and help you to find the best way to incorporate the club based on the goals and schedule of your group. Keep in mind that there are Leaders UNITE activities for every age group and that the club can work to supplement other activities that are already a part of your group. Email us at leadersuniteclub@gmail.com if you are interested in starting Leaders UNITE at your school or group! We would be happy to provide you with fun hands-on leadership activities, discussion prompts, teamwork goals, and keep you updated on activities and conferences that will happen with all of the branches of the club as well as our new local and global projects for the 2018-2019 school year. We hope to hear from you soon! Email us if you are interested, or if you have any questions about how you can fit Leaders UNITE into your group.

Leaders UNITE Poem Read at National Junior Honor Society Induction Ceremony

At the end of April 2018, Leaders UNITE received great news. Our poem, “A Leader is You” was chosen to be read at the induction ceremony for the National Junior Honor Society! We are honored that the group chose to read our poem at this event, and were told that the reading went well. The poem can be found under the “A Leader is…” tab on our website. If anyone is ever interested in using our poems at an event, comment on our post or send us an email to gain permission. We love to see what great things you will use our poems for! Congratulations to everyone who was inducted to the National Junior Honor Society, and thank you for reading our poem!
